25ph Terms & Conditions

01 Eligibility

1.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 25ph platform is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activity in the Philippines as established by PAGCOR regulations. Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void ab initio. 25ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to immediately suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The 25ph platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Philippines at the time of play. By using the platform, you warrant that your use does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 25ph makes no representation that access to and use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of 25ph complies with applicable local laws.

1.3 Disqualified Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an account with 25ph: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current employees, contractors, agents, or officers of 25ph and their immediate family members; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the 25ph platform; (d) persons who are enrolled in a PAGCOR exclusion program; (e) persons with a history of fraudulent activity on any online gambling platform.

02 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on the 25ph platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name as appearing on a valid Philippine government-issued ID; date of birth; registered Philippine mobile number; a valid email address; and a secure password of your choosing. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly upon any change.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one (1) active 25ph account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under identical or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 25ph reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts without prior notice; (b) void all transactions processed through duplicate accounts; (c) permanently ban the individual from the platform; and (d) withhold or forfeit any balances in duplicate accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time PIN with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 25ph account using your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 25ph support immediately through the live chat function. 25ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

25ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. By registering, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide any documentation requested, including government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID) and proof of payment method ownership. 25ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Account Suspension and Termination

25ph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have: (a) violated any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading registration information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (d) failed to complete required KYC verification; or (e) created a security or regulatory risk for 25ph or other players. You may close your own account at any time by submitting a written request to 25ph customer support.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

25ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash; PayMaya; BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands); BDO Unibank; Metrobank; InstaPay; Visa; and Mastercard. All payment methods used must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payment arrangements — where a payment method is registered to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and account investigation.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are published within the Cashier section of your 25ph account and may be updated from time to time at 25ph's sole discretion. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before initiating transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

25ph processes withdrawal requests promptly, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no pending security investigation relating to the account; (c) satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses; and (d) no outstanding disputes. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days depending on the receiving institution.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the 25ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside 25ph's control and will be borne by you.

3.5 Fraud Prevention

25ph employs fraud detection systems to monitor deposit and withdrawal activity. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a manual review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held. Players will be notified of any hold and requested to provide supporting documentation where appropriate. 25ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in matters involving financial crime.

04 Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 25ph platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 25ph platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game category, table, and stake level. 25ph reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Void Bets and System Errors

25ph reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, software malfunction, or any incorrect odds, prices, or outcomes resulting from a technical fault. Winnings paid in error — whether due to system malfunction, human error, or any other cause — remain the property of 25ph and must be returned upon demand. 25ph is not liable for losses caused by system failures beyond its reasonable control.

4.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets available on the 25ph platform — including markets for the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), National Basketball Association (NBA), Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), association football leagues, and other sporting events — are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules published within the sportsbook interface. Bet settlement is based on official results as recognized by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. 25ph's determination of the relevant governing body is final and binding.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 25ph may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentive programs to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits — published at the time of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements count differently across game categories — typically, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while live casino games, including baccarat and blackjack, may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

25ph reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing bets that lack genuine risk in order to satisfy wagering requirements ("hedging"); exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play with other accounts; or claiming a promotion under circumstances that suggest the primary intent is to extract bonus value rather than genuine gameplay. Determination of bonus abuse is at 25ph's sole discretion.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a 25ph account at any given time unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus has unsatisfied wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

06 Player Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25ph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: (a) any form of collusion with other players or third parties to defraud 25ph or other players; (b) use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; (c) exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; (d) use of the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity; (e) making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate 25ph transactions; (f) creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations; (g) any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at 25ph staff or other players.

6.2 Reporting Suspected Violations

Players who suspect or become aware of violations of these conduct provisions by other players are encouraged to report such conduct to 25ph customer support via live chat. 25ph will investigate reports in good faith but is not obligated to disclose the outcome of any investigation.

07 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

25ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to feel compulsive, unmanageable, or distressing, 25ph encourages players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 25ph account holders directly within the account settings panel: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much may be deposited into your 25ph account; (b) Session Time Limits — set maximum play session durations with automatic logout; (c) Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account access suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term suspension of your account, preventing access to the platform for a minimum period you specify.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from 25ph may do so by submitting a request via the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting 25ph customer support. Self-exclusion is effective within 24 hours of receipt of a completed request. During any self-exclusion period, 25ph will take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to the self-excluded player. Any attempt by a self-excluded player to circumvent a self-exclusion (including by creating a new account) is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR.

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Exclusion of Warranties

The 25ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 25ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25ph's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 25ph account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. In no event shall 25ph be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

8.3 Force Majeure

25ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond 25ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, power outages, or civil disturbances.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data provided by you in connection with your 25ph account is governed by the 25ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes: the categories of personal data collected; the purposes for which data is processed; data retention periods; your rights as a data subject under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012); and the security measures employed to protect your personal information.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 25ph platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trade marks, service marks, logos, game content, and sound files — is owned by or licensed to 25ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 25ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or creation of derivative works — without the prior written consent of 25ph is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Amendments to These Terms

25ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 25ph will endeavor to provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the platform upon next login; an email to your registered email address; or a notice posted on the 25ph website. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. 12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 25ph platform operates under Philippine regulatory standards with oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 25ph platform, you agree to first contact 25ph customer support and allow 25ph a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 PAGCOR Complaints

As a platform operating under Philippine regulatory standards, players who are not satisfied with the outcome of 25ph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. 25ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and complies with all determinations issued by PAGCOR in its regulatory capacity.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 25ph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 25ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties relating to the same subject matter.
